FALL FESTIVAL FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

Question: When is the Fall Festival?

Answer: Saturday November 1 11:00AM-3:00PM. It will be at the Pine Shadows fields. (unless inclement weather it will be relocated inside)

 

Question: What is a Ticket?

Answer: 1 ticket = $1 to play games at each event booth. Tickets are also used for the raffle prizes.

 

Question: What is a Wristband?

Answer: A wristband allows for unlimited play at all games. Please note, you will have to purchase separate tickets for the raffle.  Wristbands available in presale and at the door.

 

Question: How many tickets do I buy?

Answer: There will be multiple festival games/rides.  Ticket requirements vary depending on the game ranging from 1 ticket to 5 tickets per attraction. 

 

Question: What are the raffle prizes?

Answer: You can place your tickets (name and number on back to win raffle prizes). Raffle prizes to be announced closer to event.

 

Question: How are pre-purchased tickets and wristbands delivered?

Answer: They will be delivered to your students class the week before fall festival.  If you fail to receive your purchased tickets, please email pineshadowsfallfestival@gmail.com.

 

Question: Can I buy more tickets and wristbands after the online window closes?Answer: Yes! We will have a ticket booth set up to purchase more tickets and wristbands at the festival.  These lines might be long with the number of families attended.  Try to pre-purchase to avoid waiting at the event.

 

Question: Can I purchase tickets at the event in cash, check, or credit card?

Answer: Yes, we will be able to accept all.

 

Question: Do Family Sponsor's receive tickets?

Answer: Yes

• Gold Leaf: 2 Wristbands (100 tickets)
• Purple Leaf: 2 Wristbands (50 tickets)
• Pink Leaf: 2 Wristbands (25 tickets)
• Teal Leaf: 1 Wristband (10 tickets)

 

Question: Will there be food offered on site?

Answer: Yes, there will be food vendors at the event, everything from sweet to savory will be available for purchase.   Food vendor items will NOT be purchased with tickets, but with cash or credit card to the food vendor directly. 

 

Question: Who can go to the Festival?

Answer: It is a family affair, open to the entire family.  The festival will be set up for adults, students, and little siblings.

 

Question: Can you get a refund on pre-purchased tickets?

Answer: No, we use pre-purchased funds to pay for vendors. This is considered a donation to the PTA and is non-refundable.  If you are uncertain if you can make the event purchase at the event day of. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Question: Can you save tickets for next year?

Answer: No tickets are only good valid for one year.

PREGUNTAS FRECUENTES DEL FESTIVAL DE OTOÑO

Pregunta: ¿Cuándo es el Festival?
Respuesta: Sábado 1 de noviembre de 11:00 a.m. a 3:00 p.m.
Se llevará a cabo en los campos de Pine Shadows. (En caso de mal clima, se trasladará al interior).

 

Pregunta: ¿Qué es un boleto?
Respuesta: 1 boleto = $1. Los boletos se usan para jugar en los puestos de juegos. También se utilizan para las rifas de premios.

 

Pregunta: ¿Qué es una pulsera?
Respuesta: Una pulsera permite jugar ilimitadamente en todos los juegos. Tenga en cuenta que deberá comprar boletos por separado para la rifa. Las pulseras estarán disponibles en la preventa y en la entrada.

 

Pregunta: ¿Cuántos boletos debo comprar?
Respuesta: Habrá varios juegos y atracciones en el festival. La cantidad de boletos necesarios varía según el juego, de 1 a 5 boletos por atracción.

 

Pregunta: ¿Cuáles son los premios de la rifa?
Respuesta: Puede colocar sus boletos (con nombre y número al reverso) para ganar premios de la rifa. Los premios se anunciarán más cerca de la fecha del evento.

 

Pregunta: ¿Cómo se entregan los boletos y pulseras comprados en preventa?
Respuesta: Se entregarán en la clase de su estudiante la semana antes del festival. Si no recibe sus boletos comprados, por favor envíe un correo a pineshadowsfallfestival@gmail.com.

 

Pregunta: ¿Puedo comprar más boletos y pulseras después de que cierre la venta en línea?
Respuesta: ¡Sí! Tendremos una taquilla disponible para comprar más boletos y pulseras en el festival. Estas filas pueden ser largas debido al número de familias presentes. Trate de comprar en preventa para evitar esperas en el evento.

 

Pregunta: ¿Puedo comprar boletos en el evento con efectivo, cheque o tarjeta de crédito?
Respuesta: Sí, podremos aceptar todas las formas de pago.

 

Pregunta: ¿Los patrocinadores familiares reciben boletos?
Respuesta: Sí. 

• Hoja Dorada: 2 Pulseras + 100 Boletos

• Hoja Púrpura: 2 Pulseras + 50 Boletos

• Hoja Rosa: 2 Pulseras + 25 Boletos

• Hoja Turquesa: 1 Pulsera + 10 Boletos

Pregunta: ¿Habrá comida en el evento?
Respuesta: Sí, habrá vendedores de comida en el festival, con opciones dulces y saladas disponibles para comprar. Los artículos de comida NO se comprarán con boletos, sino con dinero real (efectivo/tarjeta) directamente con el vendedor.

 

Pregunta: ¿Quién puede asistir al Festival?
Respuesta: Es un evento familiar, abierto a toda la familia. El festival estará organizado para adultos, estudiantes y hermanos pequeños.

 

Pregunta: ¿Se pueden reembolsar los boletos comprados en preventa?
Respuesta: No. Usamos los fondos de preventa para pagar a los proveedores. Esto se considera una donación a la PTA y no es reembolsable. Si no está seguro de poder asistir, compre sus boletos el mismo día del evento. Gracias por su comprensión.

 

Pregunta: ¿Se pueden guardar los boletos para el próximo año?
Respuesta: No, los boletos solo son válidos durante un año.
